Hope House Interim Executive Director Announcement

The Board of Directors and the Interim Executive Director Search Committee are pleased to announce the appointment of Ariella Tilsen. Ms. Tilsen is the founder and president of Vital Edge Consulting. Vital Edge is a Minneapolis based values driven and culturally responsive consulting firm. Ms. Tilsen has more than 20 years of experience working with clients locally, nationally and internationally . She has also served as adjunct faculty at St. Catherine’s University in its Masters in Organizational Leadership program.

Ariella has considerable experience in providing interim services, demonstrates strong administrative and organizational management skills, and has expressed a clear affinity for the services provided by Hope House. We believe that Ariella possesses the competency and skills we sought to provide guidance and leadership through the interim period. We are confident that her approach and style will deliver calm and assuring leadership while we search for our new permanent executive director.
