    Leadership positions

    House Manager

    The House Manager is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the foster care home in which he/she/they work. The ideal candidate will utilize systems, such as an Microsoft Office, an Electronic Health Record, and follow all policies and procedures both internal to the organization and related to a clients funding source to ensure that the program follows applicable laws and regulations governing Home and Community-based Services. The House Manager reports to the Director of Programs and Services.

    Direct Service Positions

    Direct Service Professional (Care Partner)

    Full and Part-Time positions available

    The purpose of this position is to provide daily direct care for resident adults living with HIV/AIDS and other disabilities. This position description covers the duties of a care partner with shifts during the day, evening and awake overnight hours. This position also provides operational support at the adult foster care facility during emergencies. This position requires extensive physical activity, as one care partner can provide direct care to four residents within the foster care facility.

    Administrative Assistant

    The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the Leadership team which consists of the Board of Directors, Executive Director, Director of New Business Development and Community Relations, Director of Programs and the Director of Fund Development and Special Events of Hope House of St. Croix Valley. This is a non-exempt, part-time position.
