Independence By Design
The design of Hope House is a blend of cooperative living areas (lounge, dining room, kitchen and wrap-around porch) and private, comfortably furnished rooms with private bathrooms for each resident. We have very liberal visitation policies and welcome the support of our residents’ family and friends.

How To Become A Resident?
Hope House is open to anyone regardless of county or even state of resident. We have two criteria to live at Hope House, first you must be HIV positive, and second, you must qualify for Minnesota’s Community Access for Disability Inclusion (CADI) Waiver which provides funding for home and community-based services for children and adults, who would otherwise require the level of care provided in a nursing facility.
