Press Release: Hope House of St. Croix Valley Expands Aging in Place Services Beyond Washington County

Hope House envisions a future where People Living with HIV/AIDS and LGBTQ+ individuals can live, play, and work in their homes and communities of their choice as they age. To achieve this bold vision, Hope House announced in July the creation of a new program, Hope@Home.

Services offered include: 

  • 24-Hour Emergency Assistance Services 
  • Individualized Home Supports (IHS) 
  • Independent Living Skills (ILS)

Hope@Home services will now be available throughout the seven-county metropolitan area (Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington counties). Funding for Hope@Home Services are funded through waivered services. A private pay option is also available. About Hope House of St. Croix Valley: For the past 26 years, Hope House has provided one-on-one assisted care through our adult foster care home for people living with HIV/AIDS who are no longer able to live independently. Mission Statement

Located in Stillwater, Minnesota, our mission is to provide a non-judgmental home with compassionate care, respecting the dignity of people living with HIV since 1991.

Hope House welcomed its first client on December 3, 1993. Since that chilly day in late 1993, Hope House has served 86 individuals from all walks of life.
