Press Release: Hope House of St. Croix Valley Expands Aging in Place Services Beyond Washington County

Hope House envisions a future where People Living with HIV/AIDS and LGBTQ+ individuals can live, play, and work in their homes and communities of their choice as they age. To achieve this bold vision, Hope House announced in July the creation of a new program, Hope@Home.

Services offered include: 

  • 24-Hour Emergency Assistance Services 
  • Individualized Home Supports (IHS) 
  • Independent Living Skills (ILS)

Hope@Home services will now be available throughout the seven-county metropolitan area (Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington counties). Funding for Hope@Home Services are funded through waivered services. A private pay option is also available. About Hope House of St. Croix Valley: For the past 26 years, Hope House has provided one-on-one assisted care through our adult foster care home for people living with HIV/AIDS who are no longer able to live independently.
