Job Opening: Care Partner (Full-Time)

Hope House is looking for a new Full-Time Care Partner!

 

Hope House of St. Croix Valley, with a mission to provide a non-judgmental home with compassionate care respecting the dignity of people living with HIV, is seeking a full-time (awake) Friday – Monday 11pm-7am Care Partner shift. Candidates for this position should be certified in Medication Administration, First Aid/CPR, and Mental Health, although the organization will train an outstanding candidate. $14.50 to start, pay increase to $15.00 after a 90 day orientation period with a sign-on bonus of $100.00.

 

This is a Full-time with benefits position. Company sponsored benefits include:

  • Life insurance
  • Health/Dental insurance
  • Additional benefits available supplemented by employee (FAS, Term and Whole Life, Accident Insurance, Long and Short Term Disability)
  • Paid Time Off will begin accruing immediately upon hire. Full-time Care Partners accrue a total of 3 weeks per year, at 4.62 hours per pay period
