Hope House of St. Croix Valley is a 245D adult foster care home. Our residential care program offers professional staffing and 24/7 supportive services in our privately owned, family-oriented home located right in the heart of Stillwater. We assist with daily living activities like personal care, medication administration, meals, transportation, health care coordination and opportunities to participate in the broader community. Our services are designed to offer person-centered care and individualized support that promotes independence, autonomy, personal success and happiness.
