Current position and start date:

I am a Lead Care Partner and I started at Hope House in September 2019.

Tell us about your background (education/last job and position).
I had been a CNA in MN for over 13 years before moving to WI. I have worked in nursing homes, hospitals, group homes, and have done home health as well. I have some education in the science and medical field too. Upon moving to WI seven years ago I have worked as a health unit coordinator, trained as an optician, joined a fantastic skin care company, and will finally be completing my RN starting this January.

What inspired you to apply to work at Hope House?

Cruise for Cause boat ride this past summer. I met Becca along with some of the residents and other staff. Everyone was so happy to be part of Hope House.

In what ways do you foresee your role making significant contributions to Hope House?

I foresee and have seen my role as a fresh set of eyes and ears for the residents and staff. I seem to mesh well with staff and residents. I look forward to my future as well as the future of Hope House. It has been very eye opening, educational, and eventful so far.

What is interesting about you that you would like others to know? (Do you have animals/children/married/spouses’ name/ hobbies/ educational aspirations/ favorite food)?
I have a significant other of 7 years. Together him and I have a blended family of 6 kids. Our life is beautifully crazy.
